FBG works closely with organisations around issues of culture, leadership and taking a strategic approach to organisational mental health and wellbeing, bringing together different perspectives and thought leadership. We deliver our recognised services to a variety of organisations within Government (Federal, State and Local), Not-for-Profit sector as well as the private sector.
As a Senior Clinician at FBG (part of the APM Group), you will be based in the Melbourne office, working from home in times of lockdown (equipment provided). We are seeking one additional part time (permanent) staff member to join the team 3 days per week. You will join a highly collaborative team made up of Psychologists (clinical stream or organisational), Social Workers and specialists.
You will provide proactive psychological interventions, wellbeing support and advice to our clients who are individuals within our community, and leaders in their field. These people make significant contributions to the health, law, court, justice and education sectors (to name a few). You will work extensively with them in an occupational context, assessing mental health, wellbeing and providing evidence-based interventions. Facilitate professional services via telehealth, virtual and face-to-face delivery.
