About the role

Lifecare is seeking a Senior Receptionist to join our dedicated team and positively contribute to the exceptional care of our patients. This is a Part Time role working 30 hours per week to support the team in South Yarra, you will enjoy been ideally located to cafes, Chapel street, and access to public transport and free parking in walking distance This position given its nature is required to deliver a professional and confidential service whilst also demonstrating a high quality of customer service orientation.

In this role you will be……

• Answering and addressing incoming telephone queries in a timely and polite manner
• Supporting the team of Physiotherapists and Allied Health professionals
• Scheduling patient appointments and answering general queries
• Processing payments, invoicing and balancing daily banking
• Completing Medicare DVA batching
• Completing Debt and Stock control
• General housekeeping duties including general tidying of clinic rooms, clinic waiting areas, kitchen clean up and replenishing items in mentioned areas
• Various other administrative duties
