APM is a fast-growing International Human Services provider with over 28 years in the industry. The APM IT team consists of over 100 staff in the APAC region and over 200 globally assisting APM group to make a difference in the community by delivering quality outputs to support our frontline staff to enable better lives. We are experiencing an exciting period of growth in the organisation, which would see our current IT team to grow substantially throughout 2022 and beyond.
The Role
A new 24 months Fixed-Term role to be a part of the Global Information Security Team working conjunction with the Integration Management Office. You will be responsible for leading security remediation, improvements and acquisition integration activities for Group Asia Pacific entities that are not fully integrated with Group systems.
In this role you will:
Conducting technical security remediation and improvement activities identified during assurance activities (penetration tests, threat intelligence briefings, etc.)
Assist with the implementation and maintenance of security controls mandated by compliance activities such as RFFR ISM updates
Work with acquisition integration project teams to improve the security of acquired assets and assist during integration activities
Work with the acquisition technology teams, suppliers and key stakeholders to ensure changes do not unnecessarily impact business process, are communicated well and following change management process
Advising assigned lines of business, legal, development teams and IT on security requirements
Develop automation and continuous monitoring capabilities of security controls
Skills you’ll bring
5+ years’ experience in a similar role or equivalent environment
Solid domain experience from an Information Security standpoint
Participant in state, national and international cyber security bodies, and networks
Standard cyber recognitions such as CISA/M, CISSP, SABSA or equivalent
Cloud security experience – AWS required; Microsoft Azure preferred
Excellent Risk Management experience
Strong negotiation and relationship building skills
