Speech Pathology Team Leader - Rosny Park

  • 504835
  • Rosny Park, TAS, Australia
  • Full Time
  • Part Time

Imagine starting your day a little bit differently.

Hiking through bush trails, enjoying a coffee with an amazing view or helping your kids off to school without the usual morning rush. Imagine easing into your day with options to work from home to plan your appointments, seeing clients online, in their community, or in the warm tickly hug that is our team space. Imagine choosing your caseload of children, adults or even aged care, so you can really follow your passions as an allied health professional.

Imagine dedicated, shared lunch times, regular team development sessions, scheduled team collaboration with our large, local, multi-disciplinary team, along with your own, customised career development plan (and funding to match!).

And now imagine partnering with just 4 clients a day, with allocated time to follow up, communicate and collaborate, on everything your clients need to achieve their goals.

At ESA, we believe in focussing on what you are good at, and allied health is what we do. Did you know that every leader in ESA is an allied health professional? As a member of our Tassie family, you will be supported by experienced local allied health leaders, who live in and understand everything that is uniquely Tas.

About the role:

So, here’s where its different…

  1. Partner with clients through their “Therapy Journey”, our stepped-out pathway to exceptional outcomes
  2. Utilise the next generation of client management systems – no more clunky programs or handwritten notes!
  3. Enjoy dedicated admin support for bookings, funding and managing referrals (along with keeping the tearoom and the toilet paper stocked up!)
  4. We support people of any age and stage – NDIS, private, school based, home care packages, aged care facilities – Choose your focus for the next step of your career journey.
