As the NEIS Trainer & Mentor, you will be based in our Bunbury office and cover the surrounding region, delivering a comprehensive online training and mentoring program.
Consult and assess applicants to determine their suitability for the NEIS program
Delivery of Cert IV in Entrepreneurship and New business
Assist participants to develop a detailed business plan to Government and APM standards
Provide personalised coaching, motivation and guidance to participants
Facilitate the NEIS program in accordance with accreditation standards and contractual obligations
Conduct a 12 month business mentoring program to support participants business progress
Implement marketing and Networking strategies to engage with potential participants
Prepare progress reports outlining details of the development of the training programs

To be considered for this role, it is an essential that you hold a current TAE qualification (40116)
You will be required to undergo a criminal history check, be able to complete a Working with Children check and hold a current drivers licence
NEIS is funded by the Department of Small Jobs & Business and supports job seekers with getting their own business up and running. The NEIS program provides participants with valuable knowledge and guidance, Certificate in New Small Business Management and all important ongoing mentoring and support.
