We are growing to meet the needs of children and families on the Mornington Peninsula – come join us!

We offer a small practice feel with national support and opportunities for ongoing professional development and career growth.

Our team is made up of speech pathologists, occupational therapists, and administration support staff. We pride ourselves on creating a fun and inclusive working environment and offer flexible working arrangements to suit the needs of our team members. As a speech pathologist working within our team, you will work closely with families to develop individually tailored programs for their child/children. You will have the opportunity to develop meaningful goals and recommendations for therapy that will support children to reach their full potential.

What you can bring to the role:

  • A passion for person centred practice and supporting children to reach their full potential with a focus on making therapy fun, engaging and meaningful for families
  • Excellent communication skills that enable you to work in culturally rich and diverse environments
  • Effective time management skills
  • Ideally, you will have some experience working with children and families.
  • SPA Member and relevant qualifications in Speech Pathology
  • Compliance – National Police Check, Working with Children check, NDIS Workers Screening check, Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate, Driver’s License & Vehicle.
