The opportunity:

• Provide evidence based assessment and therapy to a paediatric caseload - direct support to children with developmental delays and/or disabilities;
• Day to day in the role will include assessment and intervention sessions with a mixed caseload;
• Interventions are one-on-one or small group with focus on evidence based practice;
• Services can be provided in our well-equipped clinic space, participant homes, schools and via telehealth - administer assessments, providing direct and indirect intervention, liaising with families, teachers, professionals and support staff;
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment to deliver quality, purpose driven outcomes that are tailored and meaningful to each of our participants.

What do you need to join?

• Tertiary qualifications in Speech Therapy; with SPA (or eligibility for) registration
• A fun, engaging approach with passion for making a difference.
• Excellent communication skills that enable you to work collaboratively in a culturally diverse and multidisciplinary environment;
• Effective time management, listening skills and attention to detail;
• Ideally you will have experience in working with children and/or disability, or be confident in your willingness to learn and develop, demonstrating a growth mindset;
• Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS workers screening check and First Aid Training
