The role
Working as State or Branch Manager for APM WorkCare, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the Western Australian business or branch, based in Perth. Leading a multidisciplinary team of Rehabilitation Consultants, you will ensure the delivery of customer, client, and operational outcomes through effective management of key business areas.
As part of your role, you will be supported with work that maintains your continuous registration requirements.
In this role, you’ll be….
Providing overall leadership and management to the State/Branch and team
Managing customer accounts including business development and contract management
Providing training, coaching and development to your team
Managing service delivery standards
Managing your own reduced size case load to a high standard

Experience in a leadership capacity within Occupational Rehabilitation
Experience dealing with clients, customers, insurers, and employers
Professional registration with appropriate body - AHPRA/ESSA/ASORC/RCAA
Driving license, willingness to travel locally
