The role Working in a collaborative and supportive team of TA professionals who provide talent acquisition services to several growing health and community portfolios, you will enjoy the variety of supporting different businesses and sourcing a variety of roles. You will have the opportunity to work across Aged Care, Allied Health, Disability, Corporate and Wellbeing organisations across Australia and New Zealand. In this role, you will see the positive impacts that our activities have on a for-purpose business where we truly enable better lives.
The market is challenging at the moment, and we are doing everything that we can to support the team to continue the fantastic outputs they are achieving. We are investing in new tech to improve access to untapped talent; improving our internal mobility; highlighting our employee referral program; investing in new recruitment marketing avenues; and investing in international recruitment to name a few.
You will make an impact by:
Using the tools available and your own innovation to proactively source for the roles that you are supporting
Building engaged talent pipelines for future workforce requirements
Understanding and developing market intel to help inform stakeholder conversations
Delivering a positive candidate experience regardless of the outcome
To be successful in this role… You are solutions-focused and have a natural curiosity to understand candidate drivers and behaviours. You have a passion for candidate experience and understand the importance and impacts of providing a positive candidate experience in tight candidate markets.
You will have:
Demonstrated success in a Recruitment / Talent Acquisition role ideally within the health space
Strong stakeholder engagement skills coupled with transparency in communication
