The Role

  • This position will support the TA Teams administration functions including employment contracts, inbox management, candidate sourcing, pre employment checks, database management etc
  • Respond to general recruitment enquiries and provide support to all stakeholders and candidates
  • Responding to TA Team enquiries, questions and requests for support

 Capabilities and Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in administration, preferably in a recruitment or HR setting
  • Experience in or an understanding of Employment Services
  • Preferred experience with social networking platforms and online recruiting strategies (E.g. Seek Premium Talent Search)
  • High level of emotional intelligence and demonstrated agility to quickly adapt to changing business needs and requirements.
  • Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills with ability to develop trust and credibility.
  • Strong computer skills including HRIS applicants, recruitment platforms and Microsoft Office applications
