About us: Early Start Australia works with a mixed caseload of varied age-groups to make a real difference to everyday lives of our clients by helping them achieve their growth and development goals.
The opportunity: Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team allows a holistic approach to client services. You’ll report to the Practice Principal and support a mixed caseload. You’ll have job security and regular learning and development opportunities while you work in a small clinic that’s an important part of a wider community. Provide evidence-based assessment and therapy to a caseload tailored to your skills/interests - direct support to clients of all ages and abilities
Day to day in the role will include assessment and intervention sessions with a mixed caseload;
Interventions are one-on-one with focus on evidence based practice;
Services will be provided in our fantastic clinic space, client homes, schools and via telehealth - administer assessments, providing direct and indirect intervention, liaising with families, teachers, professionals and support staff;
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment to deliver quality, evidence-based outcomes.
Flexibility to choose full-time or part-time employment (min 3 days/week)

Over 100 hrs of rostered annual CPD hours which includes monthly inhouse trainings, free team collaboration time, national and state clinical meetings etc.
An admin team that manages booking appointments, invoicing and managing NDIS changes - freeing you up to do what you do best
If you are a gradate, we offer a structured 12 months graduate program to support and guide you through your first year
The opportunity to work and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team and exchange ideas, treatment plans and a holistic approach for the clients

What do you need to join?
Relevant qualification and AHPRA Registration as an OT;
Passion for making a difference with a focus on making therapy fun, engaging and meaningful for families!
Exceptional communication skills that enable you to work in a culturally rich and diverse environment and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team environment;
Effective time management and attention to detail;
Experience in working with children and/or disability and confidence in your role with children and their parents;
Compliance – Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS workers screening check, Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate, First Aid Training, Driver’s License & Vehicle.
