About the Position:

In this full time permanent role based in our Sydney office you will be responsible for inbound customer service & administration. Working closely with your team, the community & wider MCI employees you will report directly to the National Delivery Manager.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Process enrolments for training programs
  • Provide administrative support
  • Follow up Course Advisors on missing Student documentation
  • Create & distribute reports as requested
  • Maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders, customers, staff, contractors & service providers

What are we looking for?

You will be a confident & outgoing individual with strong communication skills. As a customer service focused professional, you are able to work both autonomously and as part of a team, with the ability to multitask & prioritise a busy workflow to deliver successful business outcomes

You will have…

  • Proven experience as an Administrator, Administrative Assistant or relevant role
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Suite of Programs & Excel
  • Worked and thrive in a challenging, fast paced, Account Management/Sales environment
  • A strategic mindset and are driven to achieve results
  • Passion for learning & development
