APM has secured new business with the Transition to Work contract and we are now seeking anyone interested in making a real difference to the lives of young people as a Youth Support Worker at our Batemans Bay, NSW office. 

As a Youth Support Worker, you will be assessing the needs of the participants, identifying barriers to employment and providing solutions focussed approaches to support young people to achieve ongoing education and/or employment.

You’re great at building relationships and working with key stakeholders to be able to maximise job opportunities for everyone. We welcome those from various backgrounds, including previous experience in Youth Services, Community Services and Employment Services. You will have a strong passion and drive to support young people prepare for and secure employment within the local community. To be considered, you will have...

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Willing to complete a Criminal History Check
  • Able to pass a Working with Children Check
  • Ability to work full-time Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:00pm
