• Taking a more holistic care approach, work within a multidisciplinary team to support the journey from rehab to healing
• Perform a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise. This could include functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments
• Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders including the employee who has suffered injury, illness, or trauma, medical specialists, and other treatment providers.

We have various Part-Time or Full-Time roles to suit your needs and work life balance.

Our Part-Time "on-base" role allows you to truly immerse in the ADF experience. For three days you will be based in the beautiful setting of the Kokoda Barracks in Canungra. Work hours are 07:00 - 15:00 (some flexibility with start and end times) - no billable KPI's, purely person centered support. If you were seeking Full-Time work, expand on your ADF role as you work across the DVA portfolio supporting our veterans in the Gold Coast region. These additional days offer great flexibility in hours and a hybrid setting (WFH or an Acumen office).

What will make you successful:

• Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body (AHPRA, ESSA, AASW, ASORC/RCAA)
• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Osteopathy, Social Work, Rehabilitation Counselling or Nursing
• Clinical reasoning
• Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of a common goal
• Passion to help people rehabilitate
• 12 months Occupational Rehabilitation experience is desirable
