APM Communities is a proud partner of people living with disability, their carers and their families, helping them to identify and access the supports they need to enjoy a better life.
We can help people living with disability to access the NDIS, and understand and implement the plans and supports available from community, mainstream, and funded disability services.
Importantly, we also work with businesses, mainstream agencies and community groups to improve services for people with disability, increasing access and inclusion in the communities we work in through projects and partnerships that develop more opportunities for all. .
