About the role: 

Working as a Rehabilitation Support Officer, located on base in the navy base HMAS Kuttabul in NSW, and working set hours between 7.30am – 3.30pm, you will support Rehabilitation Consultants with medical administration to coordinate the rehabilitation activity for injured ADF Personnel. This is a fulltime and on-going position and is the first point of call for clients attending the medical centre.

• Manage and book medical appointments 
• Update and maintain medical records 
• Coordinate invoices and budgets 
• Coordinate case management documentation and reporting 
• Meet and greet clients and support medical staff with utilising the booking system of consulting rooms.
