We are looking for a passionate and engaging Allied Health Assistant to join our team of multidisciplinary allied health professionals at Fannie Bay.

The opportunity: 

  • Support families to implement supportive strategies into their everyday lives;
  • Coaching and support for families, group programs and individual therapy, linking families with community supports, as well as supporting families and therapists with administrative tasks;
  • Work closely with key stakeholders and ensure ongoing communication, leadership and support are provided to deliver quality services and supports;
  • Ensure a focus on continuous improvement through regular evaluation, training and review;
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team.


What do you need to join?

  • Passion for making a difference in the lives of children and their families!
  • No qualification is required, however experience with children and families with additional needs (including lived experience), is essential; and be
  • Working towards a relevant Allied Health qualification; This may be as an AHA, Speech Pathologist or Occupational Therapist
  • Knowledge of the NDIS is highly desirable; 
  • Strong communication and organisational skills;
  • Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team and ability to work autonomously in the community; 
  • Compliance – Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS workers screening check, Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate and First Aid certificate.
