Early Start Australia (ESA) East Victoria Park is at the forefront of providing exceptional allied health services. We are well respected in the community for the fantastic service we provide for our clients and families across a broad range of ages and clinical presentations. Our clinic operates six days per week, Monday to Saturday, and offers individual speech therapy, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, positive behaviour support and a variety of group therapy programs.

The Role:
As a Team Leader, you will provide clinical leadership, empowering a passionate team and supporting clinicians at all levels. Key responsibilities include:
Managing a discipline-specific caseload.
Providing leadership and clinical supervision.
Supporting the clinical team to achieve best practice and compliance.
Developing clinic resources for continuous quality improvement.
Collaborating with the Practice Principal and Regional Manager on team needs.
Skills and Experience:
Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, or Psychology.
Professional registration with AHPRA or SPA.
Passion for supporting children and their families.
Exceptional communication skills to work effectively in a diverse environment.
Compliance with relevant registrations and checks (Working with Children Check, National Police Check, etc.).
