We are looking for passionate Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiologists, Rehabilitation Counsellors and Psychologists graduates who want to make a real difference in the lives of those they treat, to join our two-year Graduate Program. 

You’ll work with a team of dedicated allied health professionals, supporting your clients on their journey to return to work and return to life after physical or psychological injury.  

In this role, you’ll be… 

  • Completing functional capacity evaluations and ergonomic assessments 

  • Conducting worksite assessments to understand what duties your client can complete to help them achieve their short-term and long-term return-to-work goals 

  • Collaborating with other health practitioners through case conferencing 

  • Organising rehabilitation activities for your client incl. Pilates, Hydrotherapy, etc. 

  • Reviewing and analysing medical reports e.g. MRIs, X-Rays, etc.

You’ll also need to: 

  • Be eligible for AHPRA, ASORC or ESSA registration upon graduating 

  • Have graduated in the last 12 months or by early 2024 

  • Agree to a pre-employment national criminal check, prior to employment 

  • Australian full working rights. 

  • Be available to start in early January 2024
