Working in an office-based customer service team, conveniently located in either Canning Vale WA or South Melbourne Victoria, this is a customer service environment where you’re encouraged to use your brain. The Customer Service Centre does not focus on call volume and time KPIs, we coach and encourage you to focus on delivering a quality experience for our clients.
