Customer service role with a difference

Working in an office-based customer service team, conveniently located in either Canning Vale WA or South Melbourne Victoria, this is a customer service environment where you’re encouraged to use your brain. The Customer Service Centre does not focus on call volume and time KPIs, we coach and encourage you to focus on delivering a quality experience for our clients.

APM’s group of brands are strongly focused on employment, rehabilitation, aged care and workplace health and wellbeing services. If you’ve never worked in these industries or had previous call centre experience, it won’t stop you having a satisfying career with us. 

 

We have a range of roles within our CSC including Client Service Officers, Customer Service Operators and Client Service Coordinators that would be suited to someone who has the passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
