Our Wanneroo team is seeking a Behaviour Therapy Program Supervisor passionate about childhood development to support our centre-based and community-based early intervention and therapy support programs.

The opportunity:
This role is responsible for all aspects of a child’s developmental program, from assessment, IEP development, monitoring and adapting for progress, training parents and stakeholders. Working with a collaborative allied health team, you will support children and their families in all aspects of developmental skills, behaviour, relationships and daily activities using the science of applied behaviour analysis.
What do you need to join?
Completed post graduate study in Applied Behaviour Analysis or completed study in a related field including, counselling, psychology or teaching.
Hold a registration with a relevant professional body such as TRBWA, Australian Counselling Association or AHPRA.
A passion to work with and teach children and/or young adults’ life skills.
Hands-on experience delivering and supervising ABA, Early Start Denver Model, educational programs, or therapeutic support for children, adolescents and young adults with autism.
Proven ability to create and monitor individualised programs.
Ability to conduct functional behavioural assessments and design function-based behaviour support plans.
Clear communication, high level autonomy and organisation.
