We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in the Aged Care sector. This role will report to the CEO and is essential for driving our growth strategy.  The ideal candidate will possess proven business development experience and established connections within the aged care sector.

The role requires you to visit facilities face to face to build sustainable relationships.

What we need from you:

• Proven experience in a Business Development role within the recruitment in the aged care and independent living sectors
• Established relationships with customers, facility managers and other key stakeholders
• Ability to work independently with a high level of autonomy
• Excellent time management skills  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
• High level of resilience, and able to manage and mitigate resistance.
