Forget everything you know and expect about working in a call centre customer service team. This is a customer service environment where you’re encouraged to use initiative and your brain. We don’t focus on call volume and time KPIs, and we coach and encourage you to focus on delivering a quality experience for our clients first time, every time.
Working as part of this team you will
Respond and proactively manage general queries from customers and assist appropriately to deliver the best possible customer experience.
Listen to the client, understand their enquiry.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to deliver optimal solutions.
Confidentially capture/ update information into our systems
Use a range of systems to locate and provide accurate information to both internal departments and to clients

Your weekends, are yours
This is a full-time role, working across a rotating roster from Monday to Friday, with hours between 7am and 6pm. We can work with you to plan hours that suit your needs and provide opportunity for hybrid working.
To be successful, you should:
Have a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience
Be able to multitask across different systems including the Microsoft Office suite and CRMs
Be a fast, autonomous worker who can work effectively alone and within a team setting; and
Have a high level of attention to detail and resourcefulness
