About the Role
This Mackay based Monday to Friday residential role will lead our healthcare team delivering patient-focussed Physiotherapy and associated services in our four room and gym-based clinic located in the beautiful Northern Beaches area, as well as a growing clinic in Ooralea (southern Mackay area) featuring multiple treatment rooms and a separate large gym space within a local GP and Sports Doctor Clinic.
You will report through to the Managing Director of Construct Health and Queensland Team Leader as well as working with the Mackay region Practice Manager to ensure the Mackay clinics operate effectively with an emphasis on excellent customer service.
You will also manage your own client caseload treating the general population and the mining (our corporate clients) community.

What we need from you
Successful leadership / people management experience
Minimum 4 years Musculo-skeletal physiotherapy experience
Bachelor of Physiotherapy and AHPRA general registration.
Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
Experience in managing finances
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
Ability to multi task, problem solve and work under pressure while prioritising patient care
Excellent verbal and written communication
