The Opportunity
As the Allied Health Manager of our Early Intervention Clinic in Manly, you will play a critical role in overseeing the delivery of high-quality clinical services.
Our Manly clinic is a growing team which offers a range of early childhood support for children aged 0-8 years with developmental and learning needs . This includes evidence-based autism supports such as the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) approach.
You will be responsible for managing a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, developing and implementing clinical programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment. Your leadership will be pivotal in advancing our clinic to provide outstanding early intervention care

What do you need to join?
Passion and drive! We want to see you be a passionate clinician and leader,
Qualified psychologist, speech pathologist, occupational therapist, BCBA, social worker or teacher.
Previous experience in early intervention and/or paediatric allied health. Autism research interest highly regarded.
Compliance – Qualifications relevant to the role, Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS workers screening check, First Aid Training, Driver’s License & Vehicle.
