Are you experienced and passionate about sharing good news as part of a support team focused on effective communication and keen to use your creative skills for an industry that provides genuine community impact and enables better lives?

Reporting to the External Affairs and Communications Manager, you will be engaging with stakeholders, working on communications projects, designing eye catching materials and driving initiatives that improve and enhance the employee experience across our Employment Services team.

What you will be doing…

  • Using your creativity to assist with developing and designing engaging communications for internal and external audiences 
  • Coordinating and maintaining online Employment Services intranet content
  • Creating and delivering an insightful and visually appealing quarterly internal newsletter
  • Working with our Communications, Marketing and PR teams to deliver content for external release
  • Engaging and collaborating with the wider workforce to deliver compelling case studies that share real insights into the participants we support
  • Utilising your reporting and spreadsheet skills to manage and coordinate business information accurately
  • General administration support and other tasks as required

To be considered, you will have…

  • A creative mindset with a demonstrated ability to produce engaging content
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships
  • Experience designing and developing content on Canva
  • Excellent attention to detail with a passion for delivering high quality creative outcomes
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with strong experience in Microsoft Excel being highly regarded
  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or/ Public Relations or 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
