The Role

The Corporate Services Digital Business Partner based in either Perth or Sydney and reporting to the ANZ Chief Information Officer, plays a pivotal role in acting as a liaison between ANZ Digital and our corporate business groups.  This role forms part of our Digital Leadership team and is a main driver supporting effective digital delivery.

In this role you will:

  • Represent the Corporate business group and their strategic vision, growth aspirations, challenges and needs internally within the Digital and Technology function.
  • Identify strategic initiatives and foundational technologies required by the nominated business group in conjunction with Digital capabilities.
  • Support development of appropriate Digital strategies to improve business experience, drive operational efficiencies, improve processes, and adopt a spirit of continuous improvement.
  • Provide leadership and set the strategic direction, mission and vision of the unit in alignment with defined strategic and operational objectives.

Skills you’ll bring

  • Tertiary qualification in information technology, information management, business management or a related field.
  • Proven technology experience in corporate functions digital environments and systems including Finance, People & Culture and Marketing.
  • Extensive leadership experience in dynamic and complex change environments, including influencing stakeholders, negotiating outcomes, breaking down organisational silos, problem solving, leading teams through change and dealing with ambiguity.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve results by leading and influencing in a matrix organisation.
  • Experience in developing strategies to improve business experience, drive operational efficiencies, improve processes, and generally adopt a spirit of continuous improvement.
