Konekt is seeking a strategic leader who will be responsible for supporting Konekt’s vision and strategy, through planning and delivering profitable, high-quality products and services that meet the needs of our customers, both now and in the future; and prioritising and managing business improvement initiatives. This role works closely with operational leaders to ensure critical business projects are delivered on time.
The role:
The Customer Solutions and Performance Manager will be responsible for:
understanding our customers’ needs to innovate solutions to assist their performance and client support.
project management to implement the solutions with our customers and evaluation of their impact
supporting business development across our portfolios including supporting the growth strategies for new business and involvement in tenders and client proposals
ability to understand our performance for customers and drive improvements is an additional critical component of the role supporting Konekt to be one of the highest performing providers in Australia
About you:
5+ years’ experience within the organisational health field
Proven leadership skills
Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
Ability to influence and engage cross sectional teams without authority
Strategic planning and implementation to drive outcomes
Strong customer engagement skills
Demonstrated experience in business development
Demonstrated experience in designing solutions to meet customer needs
Demonstrated success in defining and launching high quality, profitable products and services
Demonstrated experience in project management from development through to implementation and evaluation
Results focused – identifies objective success metrics and shows initiative and flexibility in delivering results
Knowledge of changing market conditions and trends
Qualifications or training in project and / or change management desirable
The ability to work autonomously and as an effective member of a wider team
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
