Am I suited to being a Disability Employment Consultant with APM?

You are driven to support people in your local community find independence through employment. We provide full training, and we'll help you turn your skills into a new career in Employment Services.

What you will be doing...

  • Source employment opportunities for participants 
  • Helping participants identify their skills, abilities and secure employment
  • Delivering ongoing outstanding customer service to participants and employers
  • Increasing participants’ capacity for employment through training and other support services
  • Creating and implementing a joint job plan with participants to support a clear pathway to employment
  • Building relationships with local employers and community organisations

To be considered, you will have...

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Willing to complete a Criminal History Check
  • Able to pass a Working with Children Check
  • Able to work Full-Time or Part-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
