Support people in their time of need

Much of the work we do is delivered in the moment of need, be it via our tele-health, on-call or critical incident services, or even in our more traditional appointment-based in-person service. Your evidence-based approach will deliver a real impact in a short period of time to people with an immediate need for support.

There’s variety that you may not have experienced previously, with clients throughout the day from a variety of industries including white collar, mining, building and construction, with varying needs for support. It’s incredibly diverse and rewarding work.

Progression and development opportunity

Leaders within our business are all senior psychologists and follow a clinical governance framework.

We encourage career progression and support our psychologists with their professional development needs, including two days leave per year along with the availability of funding for your professional development.

Fortnightly peer supervision is provided to support the maintenance of your registration.
