We are looking for passionate graduates, who want to make a real difference in the lives of those they treat, to join our two-year Graduate Program.
You’ll work with a team of dedicated allied health professionals, supporting your clients on their journey to return to work and return to life after physical or psychological injury.
Our Graduate Program will provide you with a well-rounded knowledge base with fortnightly technical training to accelerate your career, with 1-1 mentorship from a senior clinician along the way to make sure you are supported as you learn.

Collaborating with other health practitioners through case conferencing
Organising rehabilitation activities for your client incl. Pilates, Hydrotherapy, etc.
Reviewing and analysing medical reports e.g. MRIs, X-Rays, etc.
What’s in it for you?
We want to take this opportunity to be a pivotal part of your first steps into the world of work, and your future career. We value our people, guaranteeing an attractive salary package with a host of other benefits to ensure you can flourish with APM Workcare:
Dedicated time for professional development, with a substantial allowance to support this

We want enthusiastic and dedicated individuals who not only have a desire to thrive in their own careers, but they are ready to collaborate and bring fresh ideas to the wider team.
Your ability to communicate effectively, coupled with a keen eye for detail and core time management skills, will put you in a fantastic position to thrive within our team at APM Workcare.
Most importantly, we want to support graduates who truly want to have a positive impact on peoples’ lives by developing your business acumen and helping you achieve your targets, inside and outside the workplace.
Now here’s the important bits... you need to:
