Your role as an OT Grad 

  • Help children achieve their development milestones such as fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination to help play, school or independent skills (eg throwing a ball, getting dressed, holding a pencil or utensil)
  • Educate and involve parents, carers and others to facilitate the development and learning of children
  • Help children with developmental delays learn everyday tasks (such as bathing, getting dressed, brushing their teeth and feeding themselves)
  • Help children with behavioural issues maintain positive behaviours in all environments (eg instead of hitting others and acting out, using positive ways to deal with anger such as writing about feelings or participating in physical activity) 

About our Grads 

We are looking for Grads who share our passion for making a difference and making therapy a fun, engaging and meaningful experience for families. You are enthusiastic and thrive in an environment that welcomes the fresh ideas you can bring to the wider team.  

You will also have: 

  • A degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Eligibility for AHPRA registration upon graduating
  • Graduated in the last 12 months or graduating in 2025
  • A full valid driver's license, with access to your own vehicle with third party insurance
  • A valid Working with Children Check, or be willing to obtain
  • A current Police Check, or be willing to obtain
  • NDIS Workers Screening Clearance, or be willing to obtain
  • First Aid and CPR certification, or be willing to obtain
  • Excellent communication and time management skills, and attention to detail
