Treasury Operations Manager

In conjunction with the General Manager of Finance, this position will build cross-business synergies and drive higher levels of productivity and profitability by enabling effective liquidity and investment management. 

Ability to build strong and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and in particular banking partners is critical to this position. 

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Managing selection and implementation of a new global Treasury management system
  • Managing the global short and longer term cash forecasting models and cash repatriation strategies;
  • Managing relationships with a significant number of banking partners and advisors
  • Overseeing management of syndicate banking facilities and associated reporting;
  • Managing group bank guarantees and security tracking;
  • Managing financial risk and governance, foreign exchange, interest rates and hedge processes in line with Treasury policy.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reporting, scenario analysis and supporting CEO and Board papers as required
  • Driving continuous improvement in cashflow forecasting models, systems and processes across the treasury function
  • Managing the Treasury Analyst and the Transactional Banking and Credit cards Teams.

 

Here's what you need to apply: 

  • 10+ years of experience providing treasury services in a corporate environment
  • CA, CPA qualified or other formal qualifications in Accounting, Banking and Finance
  • Extensive experience managing complex debt facilities
  • Experience leading the implantation of and using a treasury management system
  • Knowledge and experience working in money markets
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand and apply business decision tools.
  • Strong leadership experience and people management skills
  • Excellent Excel and problem-solving skills
