Are you passionate about shaping the future of learning? We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Learning Design and Development Lead to join our Employable Me and RTO teams.

This role is crucial in leading the design and development of cutting-edge curriculum and learning content, managing a talented team and collaborating with global SMEs.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Innovate: Drive the design and development of engaging learning content.
  • Strategic Contribution: Shape the overall curriculum and learning strategy.
  • Global Impact: Manage learning content projects for a worldwide audience.
  • Collaborative Creation: Work with SMEs to research, write, and update learning resources.
  • Interactive Design: Design and develop interactive elements and games.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with global stakeholders for high-quality content.
  • Digital Excellence: Maintain the quality of digital learning content.

Team:

  • Leadership: Guide a team of learning designers and content writers.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure content meets RTO training package requirements. 
  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of innovation and skill development.

About you:

  • Post-graduate qualifications in Education, Learning, and/or Training.
  • 5+ years’ experience designing and developing digital learning assets and courses.
  • 2+ years’ experience leading curriculum or learning design teams.
  • High degree of self-motivation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with eLearning software including Adobe CC, Articulate Storyline, Powtoon, or equivalent software.
