Konekt is seeking a strategic leader who will be responsible for overseeing and fostering significant and strategic opportunities with new and existing customers, by identifying ways to outperform Konekt’s competitors and addressing client challenges through cross selling initiatives. Leading a team of Account Managers the role will support this team to ensure the delivery of exceptional outcomes across accounts on a national level.

 

The role:

The National Relationship Manager will be responsible for:

  • Establish and nurture enduring relationships with key customers to ensure loyalty.
  • Drive growth in referrals and revenue through strong client relationships and high-performance standards
  • Identify opportunities for customer growth.
  • Oversee the formulation and execution of sales strategies to broaden the range of products procured by existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Solutions Manager to understand and address client needs through tailored plans.
  • Manage and resolve client complaints efficiently, ensuring satisfactory outcomes.
  • Provide line management for Account Managers, ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer-centric service and achieve customer growth
  • Work closely with the General Manager Customers in transitioning existing core products and services with a focus on ensuring consistency of service delivery, improving profitability, and continually enhancing the Customer and User Experience
  • Drive portfolio growth to achieve referral and revenue growth
  • Utilize trend analysis to identify strategic initiatives for portfolio growth.
  • Partner with Customer Solutions to explore new product development or pilot opportunities
  • Ensure the Operations team is informed of current challenges affecting individual clients.
  • Engage with Regional Managers as required to implement a cohesive approach to client management.

 

 About you:  

  • Tertiary qualified in a related field
  • Established network within workers compensation sector
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience in Customer focused role
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to foster and maintain positive professional relationships
  • High level of IT and business analytical skills
  • Knowledge of changing market conditions and trends
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Results focused – shows initiative and flexibility in delivering results
  • Highly motivated
