The Opportunity:
In this role, you will provide evidence-based assessment and therapy to a paediatric caseload, directly supporting children with developmental delays and/or disabilities.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments and intervention sessions with a diverse caseload.
Delivering one-on-one interventions centered on evidence-based practices.
Offering services in our well-equipped clinic, client homes, schools, and via telehealth.
Administering assessments, providing direct and indirect interventions, and collaborating with families, teachers, and support staff.
Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve quality, evidence-based outcomes.
Qualifications Required:
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline
A passion for making a meaningful impact through engaging and enjoyable therapy for families
Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective collaboration in a culturally diverse environment
Strong time management skills and meticulous attention to detail
Experience working with children and/or individuals with disabilities, along with confidence in engaging with children and their families
Compliance with necessary regulations, including AHPRA Registration, Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS workers screening check, COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate, First Aid Training, and a valid Driver’s License.
