We are looking for a passionate and creative Occupational Therapist to join our large, multi-disciplinary teamat Hindmarsh, SA.

Early Start Australia Hindmarsh is a large, dynamic team of 35+ therapists across a variety of allied health disciplines that work collaboratively with the support of the national organisation.
We have an excellent supervision and mentoring programme, facilitating learning and reflection opportunities across the clinical areas. You will be provided with organised timetabling in clinic and in the community, as well as high levels of support for all aspects of your day. This means our therapists are able to grow and develop their clinical skills and career within the multi-disciplinary team.

The opportunity:
Provide evidence-based assessment and therapy to individuals with developmental delays and/or disabilities across a lifespan;
Day to day in the role will include assessment and intervention sessions with a mixed caseload;
Therapy is provided one on one, small group and in the pool with focus on evidence based practice and supporting clients to be the best they can be;
Services can be provided in our fantastic clinic space, client homes, schools and via telehealth - administer assessments, providing direct and indirect intervention, liaising with families, teachers, professionals and support staff;
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment to deliver quality, evidence-based outcomes.
What do you need to join?
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline
Passion for making a difference with a focus on making therapy fun, engaging and meaningful for families!
Exceptional communication skills that enable you to work in a culturally rich and diverse environment and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team environment
Effective time management and attention to detail
Experience in working with children and/or people with disability
Confidence in your role with working with people and their families/carers
Compliance – AHPRA Registration, Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS workers screening check, First Aid Training, Driver’s License & Vehicle.
