Practice Principal
As the Practice Principal of this multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for the success of the clinic as well as leading and developing a team of up to 13 allied health professionals.
Your purpose as the Manager is to ensure exceptional outcomes for our young clients and a well-supported team environment. Drawing on your allied health experience you will be a proactive, solution-focused, professional and dedicated to bringing the best for your clients, families, staff and the organisation.
Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Day to day management of a leading and innovative clinic.
Apply and extend your extensive clinical knowledge through professional development with staff,
Workforce management, including recruitment and growth planning,
Oversee and participate in the development and promotion of the clinic,
Maintain a compliance centre on both internal and external requirements,
Ensure high level professionalism and ethical conduct,
And much more to ensure a successful and rewarding team and clinic.

About you
You are naturally driven! A person who thrives on seeing others successful succeed.
Approachable and empathetic towards those we assist.
Naturally, you have a love for working with children. You will have extensive experience working in early intervention in either private or public.
You have grown over the years in your clinical experience and are perhaps currently working as a Team Leader who is wanting to take the next step.
Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to engage with our indigenous community.
You love what you do, and this shows in your ability to engage and build relationships.
Above all, you are ready to take on this opportunity and grow as a leader in your field.
Hold academic qualifications in your chosen discipline together with appropriate professional registration such as AHPRA.
Lastly, you are enthusiastic and willing to jump in and hit the ground running!
