In this role, you will leverage your 5+ years of physiotherapy experience within our predominantly private practice, which is renowned for its strong connections with sporting clubs. Although you'll be taking on a leadership role, you will continue to manage your own caseload and apply your clinical skills. Prior management experience is not required. Our high-profile location offers a vibrant community, and there is potential for an equity stake in the practice.

In this role you will be...
Developing and implement protocols and guidelines to maintain consistent quality across the network of clinics
Ensuring prominent levels of satisfaction among patients and clients
Maintaining consistently high standards of service delivery
Acting as a liaison between the clinic and the larger network, facilitating communication, sharing best practices, and promoting the growth and success of the Lifecare network
Provide mentoring to junior practitioners and facilitating pathways for practitioners to develop clinical expertise and rewarding careers.
Providing high-quality treatment to our patients to ensure the provision of optimal health outcomes
Working with the State Manager and recruitment team to identify need for new practitioners, conducting interviews for potential candidates, and supporting with onboarding tasks for new practitioners.
