This role requires a background in administration, excellent time management, and organizational skills. Full Job Description:
Our ideal candidate is an energetic individual with a positive, can-do attitude, a bright personality, and a friendly yet professional demeanour, reporting directly to the Area Manager.
Responsibilities include aiding the team in client service delivery and assisting the regional leadership team with assigned tasks. Key areas of support include:
Delivering exceptional support and service to our clients and internal staff alike
Coordinating travel, diary management, office management and refurbishments
Providing administrative support to a dynamic team of health professionals
Facilities and fleet management
Administrating on Konektiva (our own personalised IT platform)
Booking pre-employment assessments
Lots of FUN!
The Ideal Candidate:
You should possess a solid administrative background, excellent time management, and organizational skills. High-level written and verbal communication abilities are essential, along with proven computer literacy, particularly in MS Excel. A current driver's license is required. This part-time role (15 hours per week).
