We’re looking for Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Exercise Physiologists, Psychologists, Rehab Counsellors or Social Workers to join our team of rehabilitation consultants in Darwin.
Key Responsibilities
You will assist with developing and delivering culturally appropriate programs and services for our First Nations clients to assist them to address the barriers they face in their lives. With a focus on a holistic approach, you will empower our clients and make a real impact on their lives.
Utilising your specialist knowledge and skills to assist people to return to meaningful engagement in occupations
Evaluating the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness
Helping clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications and interests
Perform a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise. This could include functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments
Responsible for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor your client’s progress toward their return to work goal
Engaging with key stakeholders and building strong relationships to facilitate the achievement of business objectives

You will have experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, organisations, and communities as well as well-developed communication skills, empathy, and cultural competence.
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline
Professional registration
A variety of levels of experience from graduate to senior levels
Open to having a pre-employment national criminal check carried out prior to employment
