  • Taking a more holistic care approach, work within a multidisciplinary team to support the journey from rehab to healing
  • Perform a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise. This could include functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments
  • Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders including the employee who has suffered injury, illness, or trauma, medical specialists, and other treatment providers.

You will work across local ADF bases in this hybrid role. Location may vary between the Acumen office and work from home options.

If you enjoy a role with more structure and routine we also have an "on-base" role at RAAF Base Amberley where you will enjoy early starts and early finishes: 7:30am - 4pm Monday to Thursday and 7:30am - 1:30pm on Fridays.

What will make you successful:

  • Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body (AHPRA, ESSA or ASORC)
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Social Work, Rehabilitation Counselling or Nursing
  • Clinical reasoning
  • Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of a common goal
  • Passion to help people rehabilitate
