About the role
Konekt has an exciting opportunity for a Psychologist, Provisional Psychologist, Social Worker or Rehabilitation Counsellor to deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions that enable individuals and organisations to achieve their potential.
In this role, you will:
Have the opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of those who have sustained psychological injuries at work or may be facing personal challenges at home or in the community.
Use your clinical expertise and skills will be used to support your clients’ journey as they return to work and life through Insurance Schemes, Employment Services and Disability Employment Services.
Minimise the impact of injuries, illness and disability through delivery of prevention, rehabilitation, and training services
Provide brief evidence based interventions and counselling to job seekers and injured workers to improve mental health and wellbeing, and promote recovery

You’ll also need to:
Have a tertiary qualification (Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling or Social Work)
Hold current registration or membership with the relevant industry body – AHPRA, ASORC or AASW)
