As a Senior Consultant, you will partner with clients to deliver a broad range of mental health and wellbeing services. You will scope solutions and deliver practical, evidence-based assessments and interventions, such as psychological risk reviews, proactive wellbeing programs, and capability development. Bringing together mental health expertise with analytic and commercial skills, you will have a measurable impact on performance and wellbeing outcomes across Australian workplaces.

What will make you successful:

  • Experience consulting to organisations in mental health and wellbeing, workplace psychology, and related HR / OHS fields.
  • An unrelenting passion to create a better work environment in organisations and support people in their psychological wellbeing.
  • Confidence and credibility when presenting and communicating a range of workplace strategies, solutions and mental health topics to individuals, leaders and teams.
  • Qualification in Psychology, Social Work (Mental Health Accreditation is preferred for Social Workers), or related degree. 
  • Registration with relevant industry body is desirable.
