About the Role

As a Senior Customer Service Officer, you will pride yourself on providing a high level of phone-based customer service and support to our My Aged Care clients living in the Community. Your main focus will be conducting thorough reviews with clients to assess their current circumstances, identify any unmet needs and guide them through appropriate referral pathways to best support their My Aged Care journey.

As a part of a collaborative team, you will manage intake and triage incoming referrals, handle both - inbound and outbound calls, liaise effectively with clients and carers, aged care service providers and My Aged Care directly.

 

About you

  • You have a genuine desire to enable the lives of Older Australians
  • Your passion lies in delivering an exceptional customer service experience
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, phone-based environment
  • You demonstrate proficient computer skills and feel comfortable navigating various IT platforms.
  • Preferably hold a Certificate III in Aged Care or Community Services or other health related discipline.
