Senior Treasury Analyst

The Role

Based in our head office in West Perth, the Senior Treasury Analyst will be responsible for managing day to day treasury activities, including monitoring cash flows, maintaining bank platforms, implementing risk management practices, and preparing reconciliations. Reporting to General Manager Finance and working with our wider treasury team you will have the opportunity to join one of Australia’s largest for purpose organisations.

In This Role You Will

  • Support the development and management of a global cash flow model for short term cash forecasting and budgeting.
  • Manage daily cash requirements and undertake various transaction banking tasks.
  • Be the central point for the management of banking platforms and correspondence with banks.
  • Provide administration support for management of syndicated banking facility.
  • Prepare the calculations of banking covenants, interest expense, commitment fees and other reconciliation.
  • Administration of bank guarantees and letters of credit.
  • Prepare accurate and timely month end reporting for the Treasury function.
  • Support the modelling and analytics requirements of the Group Treasury function.
  • Active contribution to process improvement and process documentation across key treasury activities.

What you will bring;

  • Demonstrated at least 4 years’ experience in a similar role within a corporate environment.
  • Accounting / Finance or Business Undergraduate.
  • CA Qualified.
  • Excellent excel skills to support modeling and analytical requirements of the team.
  • Advanced use of SAP and or an FP&A planning tool or treasury management system
  • Strong analytical background, with the confidence and ability to communicate with all levels of the business, both locally and internationally.
