The Service Design and Improvement Coordinator enhances service quality, efficiency, and effectiveness through service design, process re-engineering, and user-centred design. This role involves analysing user needs, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing strategies to optimise service delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience and drive organisational success. This role is WA Based and is a fixed-term contract until the end of June with possibility of extension.

 

Capabilities and Experience:

  • 2+ years of leadership in NDIA, LAC, or a relevant sector.
  • Experience in service design, process improvement, or related fields.
  • Proven change management and organisational change implementation.
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in design thinking methodologies and tools.
  • Skilled in delivering training and group presentations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Project management experience, including task prioritisation and timeline management.
  • Knowledge of software and tools for data analysis, process mapping, and project management.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Customer Call Centre and Service Delivery experience desirable.
