At ESA Deakin and Queanbeyan we provide Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Pathology and Physiotherapy services to support children and young people in the development of their play, communication, self-care, and learning skills.  The opportunity:

  • Join a multi-disciplinary team providing therapy in a variety of locations with a diverse paediatric caseload – every day is something new and different;
  • Work with four clients per day - have more time to spend with your clients and the freedom to follow up, communicate and collaborate on everything needed to achieve their goals;
  • Provide evidence-based assessment and therapy including a variety assessments and therapy modalities, liaising with families, teachers, professionals and support staff;
  • Meet our mascot Basil the Goat and see we really live our values where fun is at the heart of our clinic culture. Join us for lunches, awards nights, dress up competitions, conference days and if you have a question you can ‘Ask the Goat’


What do you need to join?

  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology and full, current SPA registration;
  • Experience as a Speech Pathologist in a disability setting;
  • We welcome applicants who are new grads, early career or have ambition in developing, coaching and mentoring other therapists and/or students;
  • A desire to work in a multi-disciplinary environment with other allied health professionals such as Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists;
  • Compliance – SPA Registration, Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS workers screening check, First Aid Training
  • Driver’s License & Vehicle for work.
