The role:
As a Team Leader, you will provide clinical leadership to empower a passionate team, supporting clinicians of all levels to drive a culture of excellence and facilitate best practice. You will also:
Manage a discipline specific caseload,
Provide leadership and clinical supervision and support the development of clinical skills and knowledge,
Support the clinical team and oversee activity to achieve best practice, quality and compliance and KPI's,
Development of clinic resources to ensure best practice standards and ongoing continuous quality improvement,
Escalate and provide feedback to the Practice Principal and Regional Manager, at both a local and national level regarding the needs of the team.
Skills and Experience:
Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy or Psychology
Be passionate about supporting children and their families,
Exceptional communication skills that enable you to work in a culturally rich and diverse environment and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team environment
Compliance – Professional Registration, Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS workers screening check, Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate, First Aid Training, Driver’s License & Vehicle
