Speech Pathologist- Team Leader
As the Speech Pathologist Team Lead, you will be responsible for the success of your own caseload as well as leading and mentoring a team of Speech Pathologists.
Your purpose of the role is to ensure exceptional outcomes for our young clients in a well-supported team environment. Drawing on your allied health experience you will be a proactive, solution-focused, professional and dedicated to bringing the best for your clients, families, staff and the organisation.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Day to day overseeing of a leading and innovative team.
Apply and extend your extensive clinical knowledge through professional development with staff,
Ensure high level professionalism and ethical conduct,
Partner with clients throughout their “Therapy Journey”, our stepped-out pathway to exceptional outcomes.
Utilise the next generation of client management systems – no more clunky programs or handwritten notes!

About you
You are naturally driven! A person who thrives on seeing others successful succeed.
Approachable and empathetic towards those we assist.
Naturally, you have a love for working with children. You will have extensive experience working in early intervention in either private or public.
You have grown over the years in your clinical experience (at least 3 years) and are perhaps currently working a Speech Pathologist who is wanting to take the next step into a Team Leader role whilst still drawing on your clinical experience.
Must be an excellent communicator
You love what you do, and this shows in your ability to engage and build relationships.
Above all, you are ready to take on this opportunity and grow as a leader in your field.
Hold academic qualifications together with professional registration (AHPRA).
Lastly, you are enthusiastic and willing to jump in and hit the ground running!
